研发投入对地方高校专利技术转移活动的影响——基于省级面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：大学专利技术转移受到了世界各国政府、企业和大学的高度重视,其影响因素问题也是学术界讨论的热点问题。论文通过实证分析研究了研发投入对地方高校专利技术转移活动情况的影响,发现各省市企业、政府和大学自身的科技经费投入显著促进该省市地方高校专利技术转移合同数量的增长。而各省市地方高校专利技术转移合同收入的影响因素则不仅包括了企业、政府和大学自身对该省市地方高校的科技经费投入,还包括了该省市地方高校获得的全国性政府研发项目投入。University patent technology transfer activities have attracted attention from governments, enterprises and universities worldwide. Their impact factors are also a hot issue in academia. The paper focuses on the impact of R＆D investments on patent technology transfer activities of local universities by empirical analysis. The results show that S＆T expenses of enterprises, government and universities themselves in one region have significant positive influence on the number of patent technology transfer contracts of local universities in the same region. Impact factors of patent technology transfer contract revenues of local universities in one region include not only S＆T expenses of enterprises, government and universities on the local level, but also the number of national R＆D programs of local universities in the region.
