摘　　要：学术生态、学术民主和学术问责制是相辅相成的互动关系。学术生态是学术民主和学术问责制的环境要素,学术民主和学术问责制是学术生态的制度安排。加强学术问责制建设,不仅有利于完善学术民主,改进和创新学术管理制度,而且有助于优化学术生态环境,构建和谐的学术生态系统。There are the interaction relationship among the academic ecology,academic democracy and academic accountability.Academic ecological is the environment elements of the academic democracy and academic accountability,and the academic accountability and the academic democracy are the institutional arrangements of the academic eco-system.Strengthen the construction of academic accountability not only helps to perfect the academic democracy, improve and innovate the academic management system,and helps to optimize the academic environment to build a harmonious academic eco-system.
