摘　　要：目的应用德尔菲(Delphi)法筛选初级职称护理人员综合评价指标,为构建初级职称护理人员综合评价指标体系奠定基础。方法采用Delphi法对42名专家进行3轮问卷调查。结果根据指标筛选标准筛选出职业素质、学识水平、业务能力、护理质量4项一级指标、12项二级指标、46项三级指标。结论专家代表性强、积极性高、权威程度及协调性好,应用Delphi法筛选的评价指标符合此项研究指标筛选标准。Objective：To screen the comprehensive evaluation indices for nursing workers with primary titles with Delphi and lay foundation for establishing the comprehensive evaluation index system of nursing workers with primary ti- tles. Method ： By making three rounds of questionnaires to 42 experts with Delphi. Result： According to the screening in- dex,the authors screen out 4 items of the ftrst-grade index, 12 items of the second-grade index and 46 items of the third- grade index covering profession qualities, knowledge level, professional qualification and nursing quality. Conclusion：Repr- esentativeness, enthusiasm, authoritativeness and harmony of experts are strong and good, and the evaluation index screened with Delphi meets the screening criteria for this study.
