摘　　要：胃癌是最常见的消化道肿瘤之一,其病死率居所有恶性肿瘤的第2位。浸润和转移是恶性肿瘤的两大主要特点,同时也是一个复杂的多步骤、多环节的级联反应过程,其基础是肿瘤的微转移,检测到游离癌细胞为发现转移的金标准,在外周血中检测到特异的标志物或mRNA,可直接推测肿瘤细胞存在于外周血中。该文就血清癌胚抗原、基质金属蛋白酶3、血管内皮生长因子与胃癌微转移及预后的应用前景予以综述。Gastric Cancer is one of the most common gastrointestinal tumors, the mortality of which ranks secnnd in all the malignant tumor, lnfihratinn and metastasis are two main features of malignant tumors, which is also a eomplex multi-step and multi-link cascaded process. The basis of infiltration and metastasis is the mierometastasis of the tumnr, anti the detection of the tree cancer cells is the g^lden criterion for the dis- covery of metastasis. If the spec, ific marker or mRNA are detected in the peripheral blond, it （：an be directly conjectured that the tumor cells exist in the peripheral blnml. Here is to make a review nn the prospect of the application nf serum CEA, MMP-3 ,VEGF and micrometastasis in gastric： cancer and its prognosis.
