摘　　要：目的检测CyclinD1、PTEN两种蛋白在胃息肉恶变多阶段过程中的表达情况,以及指标间相互关系及生物学意义。方法课题组于2009年5月至2010年10月选取牡丹江医学院红旗医院患者标本采用S-P免疫组织化学法,分别对正常胃黏膜、慢性胃炎、增生性胃息肉、腺瘤性胃息肉、低分化胃癌、高分化胃癌各20例患者的标本进行检测。结果 CyclinD1在上述标本中的表达分别为15%、25%、0%、25%、40%、50%,其中增生性胃息肉和高分化胃癌表达具有统计学意义(P<0.05);PTEN蛋白的表达,依次分别为85%、55%、65%、60%、35%、15%,其中正常胃黏膜和高分化胃癌中表达具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CyclinD1、PTEN在胃癌中的表达呈正相关(r=0.4000,P<0.05)。结论胃息肉恶变多阶段的发生、发展可能与CyclinD1的高表达及PTEN的表达下调有关,而两者呈两因素相关关系,联合检测CyclinD1和PTEN可以作为诊断与评估胃息肉恶变的重要生物学检测指标。Objective To detect the expression of CyclinD1, PTEN in gastric polyp canceration multi- stage process,and the relationship between the indexes and the biological significance. Methods Immuno- bistochemical method of S-P was used to detect the expression of CyclinDl and PTEN in 20 cases of normal gastric mueosa,20 cases of chronic gastritis ,20 cases of hyperplasy gastric polyp ,20 cases of gastric adenoma polyps,20 cases of poorly-differentiated gastric cancer,20 cases of well-differentiated gastric cancer from Hongqi Hospital Affiliate to Mudanjiang Medical University from May 2009 to Dct. 2010. Results The expressio~ of CyelinD1 in the above tissues expression,respectively：15% ,25% ,0% ,25% ,40% ,50% and the data of hyperplastic gastric polyps and well-differentiated gastric cancer were with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） , while the expression of PTEN protein, respectively ： 85 % , 55 % , 65 % , 60% , 35 % , 15 % and the data of normal gastric mucous membrance and high differentiation of gastric carcinoma were with statisti- cal significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Two indicators of CyclinD1 and PTEN had a positive correlation in gastric cancer（ r = 0. 4000 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Gastric polyp malignant multiple phases occurrence and the development are possibly correlated with the high expression of CyclinD1 and down-regulated PTEN expres- sion. And the two factors are related, and the combined detection of CyclinD1 and PTEN can serve as an important diagnostic and assessment of biological indicator for gastric polyps canceration.
