摘 要:研究了以水绵(Spirogyra)为原料,乙醇浸提叶绿素、微波辅助酸提醇沉果胶的工艺。以叶绿素和果胶得率为指标,设计L9(33)正交试验对叶绿素、果胶提取的最佳条件进行优选,表明料液比1∶10,60℃提取90 min叶绿素粗品得率2.24%;盐酸水解,pH值2.0、微波600W、温度80℃萃取5min果胶得率19.2%。微波辅助萃取具有简便、高效、快速的优点。In this article, a technology was introduced by using ethanol infusion for chlorophyll, microwave-assisted acid hydrolysis and ethanol deposition for pectin from Spirogyra. The best condition was obtained by L9 ( 33 ) orthogonal experiment and judged with the yield of chlorophyll and pectin. The result showed that liquid material ratio of 1 : 10 and 60℃ 90rain, the yield of chlorophyll was 2. 24%. When hydrochloric acid hydrolysis under conditions of pH2.0, temperature 80℃ time 5min, pectin yielded 19. 2%. The microwave extraction technology is characteristic of convenience, high efficiency and fast speed.
