摘　　要：针对传统微生物实验教学中存在的学生被动学习、积极性不高的问题,对微生物实验教学中的教学内容、教学方法和手段、考核方式等方面进行了优化和改革,旨在激发学生的实验兴趣,提高学习的主动性,以强化学生的基本技能、增强实践能力、培养学生的综合素质。In view of the present situation that students learned passively and the study enthusiasm lowed in the traditional experimental teaching of microbiology, optimization and reforms including teaching contents, teaching modes, teaching means and assessment mode were done aimed at arousing the students＇ experiment interest, motivating learning initiative, enhancing students＇ basic techniques and practice ability, nurturing comprehensive quality.
