摘  要:【目的】为根际交替灌溉技术(PRD)应用于南岛无核荔枝(Litchi chinensis Sonncv Nandao seedless fruit)生产中提供参考。【方法】以成年南岛无核荔枝树为试材,设常规灌溉(CK)、根际交替灌溉(PRD)和常规灌溉量减半灌溉(HN)处理,观测比较不同处理的荔枝树生长、结果和叶片光合作用差异。【结果】PRD处理的新梢生长量显著小于CK处理,而大于HN处理;株产量3种处理间差异均达极显著,PRD处理最高,HN的最低;PRD处理的可溶性糖含量和维生素C含量均极显著高于其他处理。PRD处理叶片的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、14d后的叶绿素a/b值、叶片光合速率和净光合速率均呈现最高趋势;PRD处理叶片类胡萝卜素含量一直与CK无显著差异。【结论】PRD处理的果实产量最高,综合品质最佳,能增强叶片光合作用。[ Objective ]The research was aimed to provide references for applying partial rootzone drying (PRD) to the production of Nandao seedless litehi (Litcbi chinensis Sonn ev Nandao seedless fruit). [Method]Mature Nandao seedless litchi trees were treated by normal irrigation (the control), partial rootzone drying (PRD) and half quantity of normal irrigation (HN). Subsequently, tree growth, fruiting and photosynthesis were observed and compared. [Result]The growth amount of shoots of PRD was significantly lower than that of the control,and higher than that of HN. The yield of individual tree among three treat- ments was totally different .The yield of PRD was the highest and HN was the lowest. The content of soluble sugar and Vc of PRD was sensibly higher than that of the other two treatments. The contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b,the photosynthet- ic rate, the net photosynthetic rate of leaves of PRD,and the ratio of chlorophyll afo of leaves of PRD after 14d reached the high- est. The content of carotenoid in leaves of PRD was not different from that of the control. [Conclusion]The yield of PRD was the highest,and the integrated performance in fruit qualities of PRD was the best. PRD could enhance the photosynthesis of leaves.
