摘  要:在常规冲压训练内容整合的基础上,结合数控板料成形先进训练内容,开发出一套适合工程训练教学的冲压综合训练内容;结合真实产品,通过设计、工艺制订、编程、加工等一系列的环节,多种冲压工序和模具类型应用在该实验,大学生在学校获得与当今先进板料冲压生产接轨的工程环境的训练,接触了解当今板料成形制造领域的新设备、新工艺及生产工程,不仅能够锻炼学生的动手能力。On the basis of the conventional stamping training content, combining with the advanced training content about sheet metal forming, a the authors developed a composite training scheme fiting the engineering training instruction in which it linked products, and through the designing, process planning, programming, machining and so on. This new scheme can been widely used in various types of stamping operations and die manufacturing. Students can obtain the advanced sheet metal stamping production training condition, and contact the new equipment, new technology and production engineering environment of the field of sheet forming manufacturing. Thus it not only can train students' practical ability, but also cultivate the students'innovation consciousness and innovation ability.
