摘　　要：结合浙江师范大学仪器设备质保金管理的实践,阐述了高校采购仪器设备扣留质保金的必要性,总结了质保金管理的集中化模式、信息化手段、常规化的仪器设备质量监控等实践经验。并针对管理中出现的问题,提出了明确职责,强化仪器设备保管人的责任意识;突出重点,加强对大型精密仪器设备的质量监控;加强成本核算,有针对性地扣留仪器设备质保金等对策建议。Taking into consideration the management practice of the instrument quality retention money in Zhejiang Normal University,this paper elaborated on the necessity for the detainment of some instrument quality retention money.It summarized the experience of the management of the instrument quality retention money in Zhejiang Normal University.Besides,it analyzed some problems in the management a offered some countermeasures and suggestions for the problems.
