酒精所致精神障碍患者及其一级亲属的三维人格特征研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨酒精所致精神障碍患者及其一级亲属的三维人格特征。方法:采用三维人格问卷(TPQ)对100例酒精所致精神障碍患者(患者组)、110名酒精所致精神障碍一级亲属(亲属组)及115名对照组进行人格特征的评估。结果:患者组的寻求新奇维度(NS)和奖赏依赖维度(HA)分数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),亲属组寻求新奇维度分数高于对照组(P<0.05),患者组和亲属组的伤害回避维度评分与对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05),患者组的奖赏依赖维度(HA)分数显著高于亲属组(P<0.01),两组的伤害回避维度和寻求新奇维度(NS)分数差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:喜欢随心所欲、自制力差、不受约束、冲动、好奇是反映酒精所致精神障碍遗传易感性的人格特征。Objective：To explore tridimensional personality traits of patients with mental disorder caused by alcohol and their first -degree relatives. Methods ：100 eases with mental disorder cause by alcohol （patient group） , 110 first - degree relatives of the patients （relative group） and 115 normal cases （control group） were selected and evaluated by using the tridimensional personality questionnaire （TPQ）. Results： The scores of novehy - seeking （NS） and reward - dependence of patient group were significantly high- er than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） and the score of novelty - seeking of relative group was higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, however, there were no significant differences in harm - avoidance between patient group and control group and between rel- ative group and control group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The score of reward - dependence of patient group was significantly higher than that of rela- tive group （P 〈0. 01 ）, but there were no significant differences in harm -avoidance and novelty -seeking between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions： The genetically susceptible personality traits of the patients with metal disorder caused by alcohol are reflected by liking following one~ inclinations, poor self- control, without restrictions, impulsion, and curiosity.
