森田疗法社会适应期课程对社区精神分裂症患者社会功能影响的对照研究

摘　　要：目的:研究森田疗法社会适应期课程对社区阳光心园精神分裂症患者的社会功能影响。方法:将上海市虹口区76例阳光心园患者随机分为研究组与对照组。对照组按阳光心园的原有的课程开展康复治疗。研究组加入森田疗法社会适应期课程内容。干预期为半年。采用社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)对患者进行评定。结果:研究组及对照组在干预前后SDSS分值比较,第7、8项,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),第1、4、5、6、9、10项及总分,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预后两组间SDSS分值比较,第4、8项及总分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),在第6、9项,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:社区精神分裂症患者在加入阳光心园半年后,职业和工作、社会性退缩、家庭外的社会活动、家庭内活动过少、家庭职能、个人生活自理、对外界的兴趣和关心、责任心和计划性均有改善。加入森田疗法社会适应期课程的患者,社会性退缩、家庭内活动过少、个人生活自理、对外界的兴趣和关心比只接受阳光心园原有课程康复治疗的患者改善更加显著。Objective：To study influence of Morita therapy social adaptation period course on social functions of communal schizophrenic patients. Methods ：76 patients in sunshine heart homeland of Shanghai Hongkou district had been chosen and randomly divided into research group and control group. The cases in control group took the original rehabilitation therapy course of the sunshine heart homeland for 6 months, whereas those in control group took the Morita therapy social adaptation period course for 6 months. So- cial disability screening schedule （SDSS） was used for assessment. Results： For SDSS scores of the two groups before and after the in- tervention, differences of the 7th and 8th items had the statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the differences of the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th, and 10th items and total scores had the obviously statistical significance （P 〈 0.01 ）. For BPRS scores of the two groups be- fore and after the intervention, the differences of the 4th and 8th items and the total scores had the statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the differences of the 6th and 9th had the obviously statistical significance （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusions： The social functions are im- proved including occupation and job, social withdrawal, social activities outside the home, less activity within the home, family func- tions, personal care, interests and concerns on the outside world, responsibility and planing after the communal schizophrenic patients have participated in Sunshine Heart Homeland for 6 months. Moreover, the social functions are obviously improved including the social withdrawal, less activity within the home, personal care, and interests and concerns on the outside world for the patients who have re- ceived Morita therapy social adaptation period course.
