摘  要:为了深入了解正规教育情境下成人自我导向学习的支持性因素,本研究对两名具有较高自我导向学习倾向的成人学生进行了调查,结果发现:端正的学习态度、明确的学习目标、主动的学习意识、较高的自我效能感等内在人格因素,以及优质的教学资源、合理的课程设置、完善的教学过程管理等外在教学因素,是成人自我导向学习的主要支持性因素。学校教育教学可以通过引导成人挖掘自身学习动机、努力营造良好的学习氛围、完善自主学习的支持服务系统、设置符合成人需要的教学与课程等途径,推动成人进行自我导向学习。In order to have a better understanding of the supportive factors of adult self-directed studying in the formal education, this research investigated two adult students who have higher selfdirected learning readiness, and the results showed that intrinsic personality factors such as correct learning attitude, clear learning objectives, active sense of learning, higher self-efficacy and extrin- sic teaching factors such as high-quality teaching resources, rational curriculum arrangement and the perfect teaching process management are the main supporting factors of the adult self-directed learning. School education can promote adult self-directed studying through guiding adults to excavate their own motivations, striving to create a good learning atmosphere, improving the supporting system for self-learning and setting the courses that adults needed, and so on.
