摘　　要：刑事速决程序可以有效地缓解司法压力,以2012年的刑事诉讼法修正案中做出大幅度修改的刑事简易程序为着眼点,对我国速决程序的现状进行分析,期望通过构建多元化的刑事速决程序,平衡司法公正与诉讼效率,实现诉讼资源的合理分流。The Criminal Procedure of Rapid Decision can effectively alleviate the judicial pressure, according to the 2012 amendment to Criminal Procedure Law to make a drastic modification of the criminal summary procedure in our country is starting point, analyzes on the present situation of the summary procedure, hope that through constructing The Criminal Procedure of Rapid Decision, the balance of justice and lawsuit efficiency, the realization of lawsuit resources reasonable billabong.
