摘 要:婴幼儿阶段是机体发育最为快速的成长时期,也是人体生长发育的重要时期。婴幼儿时期的合理膳食对其日后健康成长具有十分重要的作用,正确营养将为今后一生的体力、智力发育打下良好基础,并对将来某些成年或老年性疾病的发生具有预防作用。脂肪酸作为日常饮食中不可或缺的营养物之一,与人类健康息息相关。婴幼儿若不加限制摄入脂肪酸,则可能有损其个体正常生长发育,影响机体各功能正常作用,对日后健康产生诸多不利影响。通过对婴幼儿生理特点,婴幼儿的脂肪需求及脂肪代谢和食品中脂肪酸对婴幼儿生长发育的作用与影响等方面进行论述,旨在为婴幼儿科学膳食脂肪酸提供指导性建议。The growth of infant is not only the most rapid period of growth, but also very important for future health. It plays an major role in the health of the whole of life. It will lay a good foundation for the development of the physical and mental, and has a preventive effect of the diseases in the future. Fatty acids, as an essential nutrient in the daily diet, is very closely related to human health. Unscientific intake of fatty acids by infant will damage their health, and form many adverse effects on the bodys' organs. The physiological characteristics, fat demand, fat metabolism of infant and the effect of fatty acids on the growth of infant are discussed in this view. Aims to provided some guidance of advices about scientific intake of fatty acids for infant.
