摘  要:目的:观察小麦麸皮总黄酮苷对体内外肿瘤的抑制作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:建立小鼠S180肉瘤模型,观察小麦麸皮总黄酮苷对体内肿瘤生长的抑制作用以及脾脏、胸腺指数的影响。MTT法观察小麦麸皮总黄酮苷不同浓度和不同时间对体外人结肠癌细胞株LoVo细胞生长的抑制作用。流式细胞仪检测小麦麸皮总黄酮苷不同浓度对人结肠癌细胞株LoVo细胞周期的影响。结果:高剂量组小麦麸皮总黄酮苷可以减轻S180肉瘤模型瘤重,抑瘤率为37%;体外实验表明小麦麸皮总黄酮苷对LoVo细胞有抑制作用;小麦麸皮总黄酮苷可使细胞周期出现阻滞,显著减少S期细胞比例。结论:小麦麸皮总黄酮苷有抗肿瘤作用。Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of total flavone from wheat bran on in vivo and in vitro carcinomata, and explore its mechanism. Method: The in vivo $180 model was used to observe the effect of total flavone on inhibitory rate, organ relative weight of spleen and thymus gland. LoVo cells were exposed to total flavone with different concentrations for 24, 48, 72 hours. MTT assay was used to evaluate the inhibiting effects of total flavone on the proliferation of the cells. Flow cytometry was applied to detect cell cycle. Result: The inhibitory effects of the total flavone on in vivo and in vitro carcinomata were observed. The inhibitory rate for S180 line was 37%. The total flavone could inhibit the proliferation of LoVo cells during G0-G1 period and significantly decrease the cell ratio of S stage. Conclusion: The total flavone from wheat bran showed a good antitumor activity.
