摘　　要：目的探讨CellDetect染色技术对阴道脱落细胞诊断及鉴别诊断作用。方法采用CellDetect染色对正常细胞和肿瘤细胞中颜色变化和细胞形态的相关性进行分析;并在子宫颈鳞状细胞癌(squmous cells carcinoma,SCC)和高级别上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelium neoplasia,CIN)的活检组织切片中比较CellDetect染色和HE染色的效果。结果 (1)手工涂片和TCT涂片的CellDetect染色均能较好的显示细胞的形态学特征,同时显示绝大多数正常鳞状上皮呈蓝色/绿色,子宫颈管上皮细胞呈鲜红色,不典型细胞与癌细胞呈红色。炎症细胞核呈红色,胞质大多数呈绿色/蓝色,红细胞胞质均呈绿色。(2)CIN和SCC的CellDetect染色诊断结果和HE染色诊断结果一致。(3)对子宫颈活检组织的切片和涂片分别行CellDetect染色,结果显示上皮原位细胞颜色反应相同,但CellDetect染色在判断癌与间质的关系或癌间质反应不如HE染色清晰。结论 Cell-Detect染色技术具有颜色和形态双重分析功能,适用于不同形式固定组织的细胞涂片染色,是子宫颈癌筛查和早期诊断的有效工具之一。Purpose To observe the role of CellDetect staining technology in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis in exfoliative cell smears. Methods By CellDetect staining, the relevance of tinctorial and morphological data were analyzed between normal and neo- plastic cells, and the diagnostic results were compared between CellDetect and HE stains in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN） and squmous cell carcinoma （SCC） from biopsied tissues. Results In conventional slides and TCT slides, CellDetect staining re- vealed cell morphological details, normal squamous ceils all stained in blue or green, normal endocervical cells were red, and most dysplastic cells and cancer cells stained in pink or red. Most of the inflammatory cells had red or purple nuclei and blue or green cyto- plasm, and erythroeytes stained green. The results of CellDetect staining technology in diagnosis of CIN and SCC were the same to that of HE staining. In tissue section from biopsy, CellDetect staining tinctorial characteristics in epithelium were considered to be correlated with the cells smears. However, CellDetect stain in evaluating SCC infiltration or stromal reaction was not satisfactory as compared with HE stain. Conclusion CellDetect staining provide a dual analysis of both color discrimination and morphological a- nalysis, and it is suitable for different fixed cells. CellDetect staining would be an effective diagnostic method for early detection of cervical cancer and CIN.
