摘 要:针对2BMF-4型免耕播种机组的结构特点,采用局部柱坐标系下的自由度耦合技术模拟机组的孔、轴连接,采用COMBIN14弹簧单元模拟镇压轮弹簧,建立了与机组结构和工作条件一致的有限元模型。同时,分析了旋耕刀、开沟器、镇压轮的工作状态和所受外力。在此基础上,利用ANSYS软件对2BMF-4型免耕播种机组进行了有限元分析。从分析结果看,播种机的应力分布状况与实际情况一致,播种机整体受力符合设计要求。According to the structural features of 2BMF-4 no-till planter, the holes and shaft link were simulated by coupled degrees of freedom technology under local cylindrical coordinate system, the press wheel spring was simulated by COMBIN14, and the finite element model was established consistent with the structure and working conditions. The working condition of rotary blade, opener and the press wheel were analysed, and the force were calculated. On that basis 2BMF-4 no-till planter was analysed with finite element method. The calculation indicates stress distribution of no-till planter is similar with the practical situation, and it satisfy the design requirement.
