摘  要:原VG公司提供的VG-354Sr同位素分析软件采用三接收八次跳跃的测量方案。该程序测量时间长,且不能获得Sr定量数据。本文新设计的程序采用四接收四次跳跃测量方案,消除时间差与增益差。新老程序对标样与实际样品进行了比较测量,达到十万分之一精度所需时间新程序仅为老程序的2/5,且获得定量数据。分析正确度完全一致。The original software provided by VG Company for Sr isotopic analysis employed hree collectors and eight-time peak jumping. As a result, it has the disadvantages of time consumption and impossibility of obtaining Sr concentration data. The new programme designed by the authors employs four collectors and four-time peak jumping. Comparative measurements by the two computer programmes on geological samples and standards indicate that the time consumption has been greatly reduced. only accounting for 2/5 of the time duration for the original programme, and the standard deviation is less than 10 ppm.
