黄芩汤加减滴鼻剂对变应性鼻炎豚鼠模型血清IL-4和IL-5的影响

摘　　要：目的研究黄芩汤加减滴鼻剂对变应性鼻炎豚鼠模型血清IL-4和IL-5的影响。方法用卵白蛋白(OVA)造成变应性鼻炎豚鼠模型,随机分为空白组、模型组、西药组和中药滴鼻剂高、中、低频率组6组,连续给药4周后处死,抽取腹主动脉血,离心后测量血清中IL-4和IL-5含量。结果与模型组比较,西药组与黄芩汤滴鼻剂高、中、低频率组血清中IL-4水平极显著性下降(P<0.001),IL-5水平显著降低(P<0.01)。结论黄芩汤滴鼻剂能极显著降低变应性鼻炎血清中IL-4和IL-5水平,从而对变应性鼻炎起到治疗作用。Objective It is to observe the influence of Huangqin Decoction naristillae on IL - 4 and IL - 5 in serum of al- lergic rhinitis guinea pig models. Methods The guinea pig models of allergic rhinitis were obtained by OVA injection and inha- lation, and were divided into 6 groups randomly： blank group, model group, western medicine group, Huangqin Decoction low frequency, middle frequency and high frequency group. After 4 weeks administration, all the guinea pigs were executed. The levels of IL - 4 and IL - 5 of serum in aorta were measured by Elisa. Results In comparison with model group, IL - 4 of serum in western medicine group, Huangqin Decoction low frequency, middle frequency and high frequency group were decreased very significantly （P 〈 0. 001 ） , as well as IL -5 （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Huangqin Deeocion naristillae can markedly de- crease the levels of IL -4 and IL -5 of serum and so to cure allergic rhinitis.
