静心止动方治疗抽动-秽语综合征160例

摘　　要：目的:评价静心止动方治疗抽动-秽语综合征(TS)的临床疗效。方法:160例TS患者辨证分为心神失养证、脾虚肝亢证及阴虚风动证,均以静心止动方治疗,3个月为1个疗程,观察6个月,以耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)、抽动症状评分量表(TSSS)、中医证候评分量表(TCMSSS)以及抽动症状评价临床疗效。结果:静心止动方治疗TS 3个月有效率为85.6%,6个月有效率为90%;治疗后对皱眉、眨眼、缩鼻、努嘴、喉部出声、头动、耸肩、上肢抽动、鼓腹、扭臀、下肢抽动、烦急及胆怯均有较好改善(P<0.05);对重复语言治疗后无明显改善(P>0.05);治疗后心神失养证及脾虚肝亢证减分率比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而阴虚风动证治疗后减分率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);3组中医证型治疗后中医症状积分均下降,比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:静心止动方能显著改善TS患者抽动症状及体征。Objective ：To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of Jinxin Zhidong Decoction on Tourette＇s Syndrome （TS）. Methods ： 160 cases of TS were divided into three groups ： heart-spirit failing to be nourished syndrome, spleen-insufficiency and liver-hyperactivity syndrome and Yin deficiency and wind disturbing syndrome. The total cases were treated with Jinxin Zhidong Decoction in 6 months which were 2 courses of treatment. The curative effect was evaluated by Yale Global Tic Severity Scale （YGTSS） ,Tic Syndrome Severity Scale（ TSSS）, TCM Syndrome Severity Scal （TCMSSS）and tic severity. Results：The effective rate of treatment on patients with TS was 85.6% after 3 months and 90% after 6 months by the treatment of Jinxin Zhidong Decoction. The symptoms, including frowning, wink, shrinking nose, mouth moving, phonating, head movements, shrugging, epipodite tic, abdominal moving, buttocks moving,legs tic, annoying and frightened were improved better （ P 〈 0.05 ）. But the symptoms of repeating had no significant difference after the treatment（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. After 6 months treatment,we found the reduction rate in heart-spirit failing to be nourished syndrome, spleen-insufficiency and liver-hyperactivity syndrome had statistical significance （P 〈 0, 05 ）. And there was no statistical difference as compared with Yin deficiency and wind disturbing syndrome （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The difference of decreasing symptom integral had statistical significance after 6 months treatment in three groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Jinxin Zhidong Decoction can greatly improve symptom of TS patients.
