中西医结合治疗慢性前葡萄膜炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性前葡萄膜炎的疗效。方法:将临床收集的慢性前葡萄膜炎病人(46例52只眼)随机分为治疗组(24例27只眼)和对照组(22例25只眼)。治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,予中医辨证论治,联合西药;对照组予单纯西药。结果:中西医结合治疗前葡萄膜炎有效率明显优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗前葡萄膜炎疗效确切。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of chronic anterior nveitis treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods ：46 chronic uveitic patients （52 eyes） consistent with our diagnostic criteria were separated into two groups. The 24 patients （27 eyes） of the test group were treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine based on symptom differentiation of TCM ,while the other 22 patients（25 eyes） of the control group were treated with western medicine only. Results ： The test group had better effective rate than the control group. Conclusion ： Chronic anterior uveitis can be treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine effectively and safely.
