针刺对快速老化痴呆模型小鼠SAMP8学习记忆能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究"益气调血,扶本培元"针法对快速老化痴呆模型小鼠SAMP8学习记忆能力的影响。方法:选取SAMP8小鼠,分为SAMP8对照组、针刺组、非穴组,并设SAMR1对照组。针刺组采用"益气调血,扶本培元"针法,针刺膻中、中脘、气海及双侧血海、足三里;非穴组取双侧胁下两个固定非经非穴点。应用Morris水迷宫观测各组小鼠空间参考记忆能力的变化,分析针刺对SAMP8小鼠认知功能的影响。结果:"益气调血,扶本培元"针法能有效改善SAMP8小鼠的认知能力。Objective ： To research the effect of the abilities of learning and memory of the rapid aging dementia SAMP8 mice by acupuncture method of Yiqitiaoxue Fubenpeiyuan. Methods ： SAMP8 mice were divided into SAMP8 control group, acupuncture group and non - acupoint group, and SAMR1 control group. The acupuncture group used Yiqitiaoxue Fubenpeiyuan acupunture method, Danzhong,Zhongwan, Qihai, and bilateral Xuehai and Zusanli;non - acupoint group took bilateral ribs two fixed non - acupoints. The changes of spatial reference memory capacity of mice in each group were observed by Morris water maze. The effect of acupuncture on cognitive function in SAMP8 mice was evaluated. Results ： Yiqitiaoxue Fubenpeiyuan acupuncture method can effectively improve the cognitive ability of SAMP8 mice.
