摘　　要：可制造性设计是解决设计与制造加工、装配三者之间关系,提高产品质量和可靠性的必要手段。详细介绍Mentor公司的DFM软件Trilogy 5000在印制板设计上的应用。结合实际案例进行DFM分析发现问题并解决问题,来实现在印制板方面可制造性设计的普及。Design for manufacturability （DFM） is for solving the relationship of design, manufacture and processing and assembly their three. It is the necessary means to improve the quality and reliability of the products. We expatiate on the application of DFM software of Mentor Company called Trilogy 5000 in printed circuit board （PCB） design, and carry out DFM analysis by combining the actual cases to find and solve the problems so as to implement the popularisation of the design for manufacturability in PCB.
