摘  要:研究了模拟阳光下用碘掺杂二氧化钛光催化剂(I-TiO2)对某炒货食品厂废水进行光催化脱色处理的效果。探讨了催化剂投量、pH值、光照时间等因素对处理效果的影响,确定了最佳反应条件为:1.5 g/L催化剂投量,反应时间3 h,以及废水无需调节pH值。并对其整体处理性能进行评价,表明光催化脱色效果稳定且催化剂可重复利用。Taking the wastewater from the process of preparing roasted seeds as the studying object, the effect of chroma removal used the iodine -doped titania photocatalysis (I -TiO2 ) as the deep treatment was researched. Different dosages of catalyst, the original pH of the wastewater, as well as the exposure time were altered to explore the influence on effect of ehroma removal. The suited parameters were that dosage of catalyst was 1.5 g/L, reaction time was 3 h, and it was not necessary to adjust the pH of wastewater. Moreover, the overall performance of the system was evaluated, and it was showed that the results were stable, and the catalyst could be used repeatedly.
