摘　　要：为了实现应用型创新人才培养的目标,本文主要从优化应用型创新人才培养方案,完善专业课程体系,改革应用型创新人才培养模式等方面对专业建设发展进行探索与实践,在测控技术与仪器本科专业针对工程意识培养与创新教育开展探索性工作,取得了一定的经验和成效,树立了应用型创新人才培养专业特色。In order to achieve application-oriented innovative talents training objectives,this paper introduces the exploration and practice of specialty construction and development mainly form optimizing training program,perfecting course system,reforming talents training mode.Some experience and effect have made results with the program of research for training application-oriented innovative talents of measurement control technology and instrumentation specialty and application-oriented innovative talents training characteristics are developed.
