摘  要:安徽省职教院校集团化办学距今已历时两年。在此期间,它逐渐展示出服务皖江城市带产业转型、拓展校企互动模式、革新传统教学理念的特质和资源高度集中、统筹调度有序和人才培养对口等优点。与此同时,它也暴露出成员之间权责混融、利益分配难以量化、办学法规配备滞后的不足。为兴利去弊,安徽省职教院校集团化办学应在院校关系定位阶梯化、确保集团办学方向社会化的同时维护情报与信息交流通畅,实现自我完善。The practice of running vocational colleges in groups started from 2010 in Anhui Province. It has presented advantages in promoting the transformation of industrial structure in the region of Wanjiang City Belt, in expanding the interaction between colleges and enterprises, and in teaching reforms. It also possesses the merits such as concentration of resources, unified manpower management and targeted students training, etc.. However, it presents some problems such as indefinite rights and responsibilities shared by the group members, difficulty in quantifying profit distribution, and lack of school running regulations. For the sake of maximizing benefits and avoiding disadvantages, vocational education groups in Anhui Province should grade schools ac- cording to their status, maintain socialization of vocational education, ensure unobstructed intelligence and in-formation exchanges, and achieve their self-improvement.
