气滞胃痛冲剂治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨气滞胃痛冲剂治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:选择功能性消化不良患者120例随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组采用气滞胃痛冲剂,1袋,3次/d;对照组采用多潘立酮10mg,3次/d。1个月为1个疗程。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组无不良反应发生,对照组有1例皮疹、2例腹泻症状发生。结论:气滞胃痛冲剂治疗功能性消化不良疗效满意,无明显的不良反应。Objective： To observe the clinical effect on functional dyspepsia patients treated by Qizhi Weitong granule. Method： 120 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into the observation and control group. 30 patients in observation group were treated with Qizhi Weitong granule, 1 packet, 3 times/d; 30 patients in control group were treated with domperidone 10mg, 3 times/ d, a course of one month. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group＇ s. The difference of curative effect between two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had no adverse reaction, and there were 2 cases of abdominal pain, diarrhea in the control group. Conclusion：The curative effect of Qizhi Weitong granule on functional dyspepsia is satisfactory, and without obvious adverse reaction.
