摘  要:目的评价兰州市口腔卫生机构就诊患者的满意度。方法根据口腔诊疗各个环节的特点设定调查问卷项目,进行问卷调查,分析问卷调查结果,针对不足,制定改进措施。结果专业口腔医院就诊患者满意度最高,总体评价满意度为60.95%;综合医院口腔科总体评价满意度为50.36%,低于专业口腔医院;私人口腔门诊满意度为31.53%,主要以诊疗费用和服务态度赢得患者。结论患者满意度调查能够真实反映口腔卫生服务机构中存在的问题,进一步了解患者对口腔卫生服务的需求,有针对性的改进服务工作,有效地促进兰州市口腔卫生服务工作开展。Objective To evaluate the satisfaction of patients who have visited oral health insti- tutes in Lanzhou City. Methods Using satisfaction survey questionnaire designed by us according to the characteristics of dental treatment in all aspects, the inpatients satisfaction degree was investigated, the results were analyzed, and the measures of improvement were made. Results The degree of satisfaction for dental hospitals was the highest (60.95%), followed by that of the general hospitals (50.36%). The lowest satisfaction degree was that of the private dental clinics (31.53%). Conclusion The satisfaction survey of inpatients can truly reflect the problems of the oral health service institutes. Thus we can improve and promote the process of the oral health service.
