精神分裂症患者118例头颅核磁共振的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者头颅磁共振的异常改变。方法对118例精神分裂症患者的头颅磁共振结果进行分析。结果①精神分裂症患者脑核磁共振总异常数为51例（43．2％）；②以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者头颅核磁共振异常率高于以阳性症状为主的精神分裂症患者（χ^2=8．69，P〈0．05）；③复发精神分裂症患者脑核磁共振异常率高于首发精神分裂症患者（χ^2=6．17，P〈0．05）。结论精神分裂症患者存在脑结构异常，以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症是一种器质性改变，精神分裂症患者早期存在脑结构改变。Objective To investigate the abnormalities of skull MRI with schizophrenia patients. Methods A study was made on brain MRI findings of 118 schizophrenia patients. Results Total abnormal number of MRI of brain was 51 cases （43.2%） in schizophrenic patients. The abnormal rate of MRI of brain in negative symptom group was higher than that in positive symptom group （ χ2 = 8. 69, P 〈 0.05 ）. The abnormal rate of MRI of brain in relapse group was higher than that in first morbidity group （χ2 = 6.17, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions There are abnormalities in MRI of brain in schizophrenic pa- tients. There is abnormal structure in negative symptom group of schizophrenic. Changes of brain structure occurs early in schizophrenics.
