摘　　要：本文以经济学信息不对称理论为视角,结合高校文献传递工作中信息不对称现象,分析其归因,并基于用户导向,从加强宣传培训,强化馆藏揭示;统一服务标准,提升馆员素养;突出个性发展,努力共建平台三个方面探讨平衡信息不对称的途径。From the economics perspective of asymmetric information theory, combined with the information asymmetry phenomenon in document delivery work, this paper analyzes its attribution~ Based on the user guide, from three aspects of strengthening publicity and training, and strengthening the collection reveal; uniforming service standards, improving librarians Iiteracy; personality development, and striving to build a platform, this paper discusses the way to balance information asyrmnetry.
