摘　　要：目的:探讨游离股前外侧皮瓣修复儿童四肢软组织缺损围术期的护理经验。方法:对8例游离股前外侧皮瓣修复儿童四肢软组织缺损手术前后的患儿进行充分的术前准备,术后皮瓣的观察与护理。结果:8例儿童四肢软组织缺损修复的疗效满意。结论:良好的围术期护理有助于提高临床治疗效果,是保证儿童游离股前外侧皮瓣移植术取得成功的关键环节。Objective： To investigate the experience of nursing on perioperative of free anterolateral femoral skin flap to reconstruction soft tissue defects in extremities of children. Methods： Adequate preoperative preparation be carried and postoperative skin flap be observation and nursed before and after operation 8 cases children of anterelateral femoral free skin flap to construction soft tissue defects in extremities. Results： It is satisfacted on therapeutic effect to construction soft tissue defect of limb. Conlusions： A good perioperative nursing care will improve clinical treatment effect , it is critical to ensure success to free anterelateral femoral skin flap transpantation childre..
