手足口病患儿的护理

摘　　要：目的:消除家长紧张、焦虑心理,积极配合诊治和隔离,防止交叉感染及疫情扩散。方法:采取语言、文字、影像等健康教育形式,对手足口病患儿和家长进行预防知识、消毒隔离、居家治疗和护理的健康教育。结果:家长积极配合诊治和隔离,大部分均在门诊治愈,无院内交叉感染。结论:有效的健康教育,可有利于患儿的康复、防止交叉感染及手足口病的传播。Objective： To eliminate nervous, anxiety of the parents, and make them actively cooperate with the treatment and isolation, to prevent from the spread of infection and epidemic. Methods： According to teaching prevention knowledge, disinfection and isolation, home treatment and nursing, we carry out health education for the children and parents with the methods of language, text, images and other forms. Results： The parents actively cooperated with the treatment and isolation, most cure in the clinic, and no cross infection in the hospital. Conclusion： Effective health education is conducive to the rehabilitation of children, to prevent cross infection and the spread of HFMD disease.
