摘　　要：目的:总结27例面横裂患儿围术期临床护理的经验,以进一步提高对本病患儿的护理质量。方法:本组27例面横裂患儿,在静脉麻醉加经口气管插管下实施功能性口角成形术,其中23例同时行附耳切除整复术。围术期的护理重点有:健康宣教及喂养指导,术前访视和评估,术后严密观察病情,做好呼吸道、疼痛管理。并做好出院宣教。结果:所有患儿均取得了满意的临床治疗效果,创口均一期愈合,解剖标志复位,外貌明显改善。结论:临床护理质量的高低对于面横裂修复手术的疗效具有重要意义;规范的围术期护理,有助于提高面横裂患儿的治疗质量和病人的满意度。Objective：To summary the experience on clinical nursing for treating 27 cams of children with transverse facial clefts during the perioperative period, in order to improve the quality of care for the patients. Methods： 27 cams of children with transverse facial clefts, during intravenous anesthesia and orotraeheal intubatien while undergoing ehaulinoplasty. Among these patients, 23 underwent Fuer resection plazty. Focus of perioperative nursing care. Health education and feeding instructions, perioperative patient visitation and assessment, close observation of post - operative condition, good respiration, pain ~nanagement. Additionally, complete discharge publicity. Results： All patients achieved satisfactory clinical results, wounds healed, anatomic characteristics were restored, and all showed a marked improvement in appearance. Conclusion： The level of quality of clinical nursing care is important for the efficacy of transverse facial cleft repair surgery. Standardized perioperative period care helps to improve the quality of treatment and patient satisfaction for children with transverse facial clefts.
