摘  要:目的:探讨以案例导入为基础的临床带教法在皮肤科技能操作中的应用价值。方法:将医学本科实习学员57人随机分为实验组(n=30)与对照组(n=27)。对照组进行传统的教师先讲解、示教,然后学生操作的临床带教模式;实验组采用先给出典型案例,提出问题进行临床讨论学习,然后教师示范或者教师从旁指导学生实际操作,临床实践之后再进行总结式的讨论学习。最后统计分析考试成绩及问卷调查教学满意度和患者满意度。结果:考试成绩实验组优于对照组(P<0.05);教学评价满意率(86.7%)显著高于对照组(63.0%);患者满意率调查也明显高于对照组。结论:案例导入带教法有利于调动学生的学习积极性,提高学生综合分析、实际动手和创新能力以及医患沟通能力,受到学生和教师的普遍认可,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the application value of clinical case - based teaching method on dermatological skill operation. Methods: 57 medical interns were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 30} and control group (n = 27}. Traditional teaching mehed was used in the Control group, which is, the teacherfirst teach and explain then the students operate. While in the experimental group, typical case and questions were first given and discussed, then the students operate in file teacher' s guidance. Summary of discussion was carried out after students~ actual clinical operation. Finally, statistical analysis of test scores and teaching satisfaction and patient satisfaction questionnaire were analyzed. Results: the result of experimental group was better than that of control group ( P〈 0.05 } ; evaluation of teaching satisfaction rate ( 86.7% ) was siguificantly higher than that of the control group ( 63% ) ; patient satisfaction survey were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion: ease - based teaching mehod helps to mobilize students' learning enthusiasm, improve students' ability of comprehensive analysis; practical skills, imaovative ability and communication skiUs~ which are generally recognized by students and teachers and can be promoted.
