创业导向对企业绩效影响关系的边界条件研究——基于元分析技术的探索

摘　　要：创业导向是创业学研究领域中的一个核心概念，最受关注的是创业导向和企业绩效之间的关系。从早期的两者直接关系的研究到影响两者关系方向或强度的调节变量的引入，再到中介机制的探究，学术界积累了大量的相关文献。本文采用元分析的研究方法，基于1990～2012年的135个独立研究样本，探究创业导向对企业绩效的影响，并探索这一影响关系的边界条件。元分析的结果显示创业导向和企业绩效为中等程度的相关（r=0．307），而国家发达程度、企业所处的行业、绩效测量方式，以及研究时间点会对两者之间的关系起到不同程度的调节作用，这表明，创业导向与企业绩效的关系会受到时间、空间、行业特征及绩效评价标准的影响。The entrepreneurial orientation(EO) is a key concept in the field of entrepreneurship research and what is most concerned is the relationship between the EO and enterprise's performance. From the early researches on the direct relationship, from the introduction of the adjustment variation that impacts on the orientation or strength of the relationship between the two, further from the exploration of the mediating mechanism, the academic world has accumulated a lot of related literature. Adopting the research method of a meta-analysis, and based on 135 indepen dent studies between 1990 and 2012, we have explored the impact of the EO on enterprise performance and the boundary conditions of this influencing relationship. The results of the meta-analysis indicate that the correlation of EO with the performance is moderately large(r=0.307). But the degree of a country's development, the line that the enterprise is in, the way of the measurement of performance and research time will have a different degree of adjust ment role to the relationship between the two, which shows that the relationship between the EO and firm's perfor mance will be influenced by time, space, the industrial characteristics and performance evaluation standards.
