摘 要:利用组织培养方法对鸡屎藤进行离体培养的研究,结果表明:以鸡屎藤茎节、嫩叶作外植体能诱导产生愈伤组织,并能诱导产生不定芽.诱导愈伤组织的培养基以 MS+6-BA 0.5mg·L-1+NAA0.5mg·L-1效果较好;诱导不定芽的培养基以MS+6-BA4mg·L-1+NAA0.5mg·L-1效果较好;本文还报道了鸡屎藤的生根和移栽技术.A study was conducted to the tissue culture of Paederia scandens by using in vitro culture method. The experimental results showed that the explants of the stem nodes and young leaves of Paederia scandens can be induced to form callus, and further to form differentiated buds. The most effective medium for callus formation is MS+6-BA 0.5 mg· L-1 + NAA 0. 8 mg· L-1, while for bud formation, the most effective medium is MS+6-BA 4 mg·L-1 + NAA 0.5 mg·L-1. This paper also reported on the technique of the root-growing of shoots in vitro formed and the transplantation of regenerated plantlets.
