LCQ-A型眼部保健理疗仪缓解视疲劳临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察LCQ-A型眼部保健理疗仪对视疲劳的治疗效果和安全性。方法对58例视疲劳患者采用LCQ-A型眼部保健理疗仪进行治疗,以10d为1个疗程,比较观察1个疗程前后视力、眼压等的变化,进行视疲劳问卷调查,比较分析治疗前后视疲劳症状变化情况。结果 58例患者治疗前后的视力分别为0.5(0.1,1.0)、0.6(0.15,1.0),差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);眼压分别为(15.2±2.8)mm Hg、(14.8±3.0)mm Hg,差异无统计学意义(P=0.107)。视疲劳总积分治疗前后分别为(29.31±6.06)、(15.02±6.91),差异有统计学意义(P=0.000),各项症状积分在治疗前后差异也有统计学意义(P=0.000);1个疗程治疗总有效率达到76%(44/58),对40岁以下和40以上患者的有效率分别为78%(25/32)和73%(19/26),差异无统计学意义(P=0.761)。结论 LCQ-A型眼部保健理疗仪能安全、有效的缓解视疲劳。Objective To observe the clinical effects of LCQ - A eye heahhcare physiotherapy apparatus in treating asthe- nopia. Methods Totally 58 patients received the treatment of physiotherapy apparatus for 1 course （10 days ） Questionnaires about asthenopia were filled by the patients before and after the treatment, and so the visual acuity, lOP were evaluated. Adverse reactions were also observed. Results The asthenopia scores were significantly decreased from （ 29. 31 ± 6. 06） to （ 15.02 ± 6. 91 ） （ P = 0. 000）. The visual acuity increased from 0. 5 （ 0. 1,1.0 ） to 0. 6 （ 0. 15,1.0 ） with significant difference（P = 0. 000）. The total effective rate was 76% （44/58）with no significant difference between the groups of under age 40 and the older（P = 0. 761 ）. Conclusions LCQ - A eye health care physiotherapy apparatus can effectively and safely relieve asthenopia.
