超声乳化联合小梁切除治疗青光眼合并白内障疗效的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究超声乳化联合小梁切除治疗青光眼合并白内障的疗效。方法选择在南宁市第二人民医院眼科就诊的青光眼合并白内障患者,给予超声乳化联合小梁切除治疗,并观察治疗前后患眼的平均视力、平均眼压以及术后出现的并发症,并采用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计学分析。结果患眼平均视力由(0.15±0.02)恢复至(0.48±0.13)、平均眼压由(23.29±4.83)mm Hg下降至(10.32±2.34)mm Hg;术后并发症发生率角膜水肿3.33%、后囊浑浊4%、前房纤维素渗出5.33%。结论对于青光眼合并白内障患者,超声乳化联合小梁切除术能够有效的改善眼压、恢复视力,具有积极的治疗意义。Objective To study the curative effect of phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy for treatment of glaucoma complicated with cataract. Methods Selected patients with glaucoma complicated by cataract pa- tients, conduct phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy for treatment, and observed the treated eyes mean visual acu- ity,intraocular pressure and mean postoperative complications. Used SPSS 18.0 for statistical analysis. Results The average visual acuity eyes recover from（0. 15 ± 0. 02）to（0. 48± 0. 13 ）, the average recovery of intraocular pressure drop from（ 23.29 ±4. 83 ）mm Hg to（ 10. 32 ±2. 34）mm Hg. Conclusions The patients with glaucoma complicated with cataract, phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy can effectively improve the recovery of visual acuity, intraoeu- lar pressure.
