摘  要:以蕨菜(pteridiumaquiliumL.)幼嫩根状茎先端为外植体,经灭菌、接种于附加有多种激素、磷酸二氢钠、活性炭等物质的1/2MS培养基上,在一定条件下,接种近三个月时,外植体上分化形成了聚集成团的不定芽丛,反复切割、转移培养于继代培养基上,分化势能不减.在附加有GA的培养基上,芽轴伸展并长出幼叶(羽状分裂叶).转移至生根培养基上20余天时,不定根群长出,但移栽成活率较低(仅40%左右).Treat the young rhizome's tip of pteridium aquilinum as the explants, after sterilized, inoculated to the 1/2 MS medium which contains NaH 2PO 4, active carbon and some hormones. When cultured almost for three months, the tip of pteridium aquilinum dfferentiated, on the top of the explant a group of green small adventitious buds were evolved. Cut off the adventitious buds and transplant onto new medium repeatedly, the differentiation potential of bud keeps still. On the medium with GA the stem of the adventitious buds stretched and some little leafs were grown. Transplant the shoot without root onto 1/2 MS medium only with NAA, twenty days after, the roots were grown. Take 1 2 days for exercise, the regenerate plantlet maybe plant in soil, the survival rate were under 40%.
