摘  要:目的:探讨关键指标法(Key Performance Indicator,KPI)在口腔医院护理绩效考核中的应用效果。方法:应用关键绩效指标法,以工作量、工作质量、医生满意度、患者满意度4个方面作为关键指标,制定口腔医院护理人员绩效考核项目,对口腔医院103名护士进行绩效考核,并按一定的标准对其进行评分。结果:通过比较发现,实施关键绩效指标法(KPI)后,其护理质量评分以及医生、患者对护理人员的满意度均有明显提高,综合评定分数也显著增高(P<0.05)。结论:结合口腔专科医院门诊的护理特点,应用KPI法制定口腔医院护理人员绩效考核项目,可以全层次、公平公正、客观、多角度地评价每位护士,有利于推动护理工作的良性发展,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective: To explore the effects of KPI on Nurses' Performance Appraisal in dental hospital.Method: A series of performance appraisal were made by focusing on the workload, quality of work, degree of doctors" and patients" satisfication in dental hospital.All the 103 nurses of stomatology hospital were rated by the KPI method according to a certain standard.Result: By comparison, we found that the quality of nursing, as well as satisfaction from doctors and patients was significantly improved, meanwhile, the comprehensive assessment scores were also significantly higher. All of data were statistically significant by statistical analysis ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: By application of KPI in dental hospital and making professional performance appraisal items, all the nurses could be evaluated more fully, fairly, impartially, and objectively.It is verified to promote the development of the nursing work and it is worthy of reccomendation in clinical practice.
