河南服务外包产业发展的对策研究

摘　　要：服务外包已经成为促进产业结构升级、保持经济可持续发展的有效方式。但是,由于种种原因,河南服务外包产业依然比较落后。如何充分利用我省外包产业发展条件,有效解决外包产业发展中的关键问题,已经成为我省经济发展面临的重要问题。本文在对有关服务外包产业研究文献进行梳理的基础上,分析了河南服务外包产业的发展条件和存在的问题,最后从制定服务外包产业发展规划、高层次人才培养、培育重点企业等5个方面提出了促进河南省服务外包产业发展的对策措施。Service outsourcing has become an efficient way for industrial structure upgrading and sustainable eco- nomic development. How to fully utilize service outsourcing develop condition, and solve the major problems has become a key problem of He＇ nan service outsourcing industry. Based on the analysis of existing research, the pa- per analyzed He＇ nan service outsourcing industry＇ s development history and condition. At last, it brought forward corresponding countermeasures for its further development, such as making service outsourcing plan; training ad- vanced talent and key enterprise etc.
