高校人事档案管理工作思考

摘　　要：高校人事档案是高校人才信息的重要载体,对高校人才资源的开发起着举足轻重的作用。随着高校人事体制改革的不断深入,人事档案管理也面临着新的要求。近几年,我国高校人事档案管理虽然有了很大的改善,但仍存在如人事档案意识薄弱、人员配备不到位、缺乏规范性、管理手段落后等问题。文章就目前高校人事档案管理工作展开思考,针对管理工作中存在的问题提出建议。The personnel archive is the main source of the information of university talents, which is great importance to the human resource management. With the further reform of the human resource system, the archive management needs improvement. The main problem in- cludes low awareness of management, lack of workers, inadequate norms, and inefficient man- agement. Based on the current situation, solutions are proposed in this paper.
