贝复济-丁香油联合应用治疗干槽症

摘　　要：目的:探讨干槽症治疗的新方法。方法:共96例干槽症,患者18～65岁,均为下颌第三磨牙拔除术后并发。随机分为二组,A组48例,使用贝复济-丁香油法;B组48例,使用贝复济法。所有病例均首先清创,采用3%过氧化氢小棉球反复擦拭牙槽窝多次,除去腐败坏死物,更换棉球反复擦拭,直至牙槽窝清洁,棉球也清洁,再用生理盐水冲洗。A组病例拔牙创内置入丁香油棉球,放置1 d,第2天复诊取出丁香油棉球,从第2天起,早、中、晚各1次,拔牙创喷涂贝复济,连续6;B组治疗期间只在拔牙创喷涂贝复济,早、中、晚各1次,连续7 d。结果:A组止痛效果明显好于B组,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间牙槽窝肉芽组织生长情况对比,则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:本实验利用贝复济的特点,配合使用止痛剂丁香油,把丁香油的止痛作用和贝复济的促进组织生长作用有机结合起来,在干槽症的治疗中不但取得了明确及时的止痛效果,而且较快促进了组织生长和创面愈合。贝复济-丁香油法治疗干槽症使用简便,安全有效,很适合临床推广应用。Objective To explore the new treatment method of dry socket. Method Ninety six eases of dry socket were randomly divid- ed into the experimental group （ Group A,48 cases） and control group （ Group B,48 cases）. The patients aged from 18 to 65 years, in Group A,we used bFGF- eugenol method, while in Group B, only the bFGF was used. On the first day, every dry socket had first debride- ment ;wiped many times using 3% hydrogen peroxide small cotton ball, eliminated corruption necrotic material. When the socket was thor- ough debfidement, eugenol cotton ball was inserted into it in Group A, and the eugenol cotton ball will be removed on the next day when the patient return visited. Since then,implement the bFGF treatment three times a day for six days. In Group B, only use bFGF, three times a day for seven days. Results The analgesic effect of Group A was significantly better than that of group B（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ;The socket granula- tion tissue growth between the two groups was no significant difference（P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion We combined the analgesic effect of euge- nol and the promote tissue growth effect of bFGF, and bFGF - eugenol method is a suitable method for dry socket treatment. It is worth of clinical application because it can relieve patients＇ suffering.
