摘 要:利用廉价木薯淀粉酒精废水作为主要培养基成分培养复合菌,并对培养基成分如碳源、氮源和磷源及发酵条件进行优化,得到最佳培养基配比和最佳发酵条件为10%的酒精废水,添加2 g/L的KH2PO4,不添加任何碳源和氮源,4%的接种量,最佳培养条件为30℃,160 r/min下培养2 d,优化后絮凝活性最佳可达96%,经纯化后每立方米废水可制得18.6kg的复合型生物絮凝剂。运用该种复合型生物絮凝剂处理食堂废水和印染废水,对印染废水浊度去除率较高,可达73%~83.7%,对食堂废水的COD去除率达79.51%。The conditions of cultivating composite flocculation bacteria in cheap cassava alcohol wastewater have been studied. Taking the wastewater as the main medium ingredient, then add carbon source, nitrogen source and phosphorus source to optimize the flocculation activity and fermentation conditions. The optimization conditions: 10% alcohol wastewater, add 2 g/L KH2PO4 ,does not add any carbon and nitrogen sources, 4% of inoculation quantity, cultivate at 30℃, 160 r/min for 2 days, the flocculation activity can reach up to 96% and can abstract 18.6 kg compound biofloceulant from 1 m3 of wastewater. Then use the compound flocculation to deal with real wastewater,it can removal 73%-83.7% turbidity of printing and dyeing wastewater and 79.5 I%COD of canteen wastewatero
