摘　　要：本文从医患双方的信任危机、医生人文素养、手术知情同意的规定等角度探讨当前医患沟通中存在的问题,指出影响医患沟通的主要原因有医生人文教育的缺失,超负荷工作难以保证有效沟通,知情同意制度沟通方式不够完善。本文立足于现存医患沟通的困境,从加强人文素养的训练及完善医疗法律法规着手,提出解决问题的设想。This article analyzed the current problems of doctor - patient communication in the points of the frust crisis between doctor - pa- tient, the cultural literacy of the doctor and the provisions of the informed consent. We points out the main reasons of doctor - patient communica- tion effect as the lack of cultural education providers,too hard work to ensure effective communication and informed consent as a imperfect way of communication system. This article studies the current situation, dilemma and confribating fatfors of doctor - patient communication, then we pro- pose some to improve the doctor- patient communication by strengthening system construction .
