摘　　要：目的探讨肾上腺皮质肿瘤中p300/CBP相关因子(PCAF)和E-钙黏蛋白(E-Cadherin)的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化Envision法对正常肾上腺12例、肾上腺腺瘤30例、肾上腺皮质癌14例中PCAF和E-Cadherin的表达水平进行检测,比较二者在不同肾上腺组织的表达情况。结果 PCAF和E-Cadherin在肾上腺皮质癌组织中的表达阳性率较正常肾上腺、肾上腺腺瘤组织均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。PCAF的表达与肾上腺皮质癌TNM分期相关(P<0.05),E-Cadherin的表达与肾上腺皮质癌的TNM分期、肿瘤转移、2年生存情况均显著相关(P均<0.05)。结论 PCAF和E-Cadherin联合检测可以提高肾上腺皮质癌诊断的灵敏度,PCAF和E-Cadherin有可能作为判断肾上腺皮质癌预后情况的指标。Objective To investigate the expression of PCAF and E-Cadherin in adrenocortical tumors and its signifi- cance. Methods PCAF and E-Cadherin were detected by the immunohistochemical Envision method in 12 cases of normal adrenal tissue, 30 cases of adrenal adenoma, and 14 eases of adrenal cortical carcinoma in order to compare their expres- sions in different adrenal tissues. Results The positive rate of PCAF and E-Cadherin expression in normal adrenal tissue, adrenal adenoma and adrenal cortical carcinoma tissue gradually decreased, and the differences between adrenal adenoma and adrenal cortical carcinoma tissue were statistically significant （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. There was a significant correlation between PCAF expression of adrenal cortical carcinoma and the adrenocortical carcinoma tumor staging （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In addition, there was also a significant correlation between E-Cadherin expression of adrenal cortical carcinoma and the adrenoeortical carcinoma tumor staging, tumor metastasis and 2-year survival （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Combined detection of PCAF and E-Cadherin can increase the sensitivity of the diagnosis of adrenal cortical carcinoma, and PCAF and E-Cadherin may be indicators of adrenal cortical carcinoma prognosis.
