贮藏温度对竹节草和地毯草离体匍匐茎再生活力分析

摘  要:以饱和含水量状态的竹节草(Chrysopogon aciculatus)和地毯草[Axonopus compressus(Sw.)Beauv.]离体匍匐茎为材料,通过高温38℃(日)/30℃(夜)、常温28℃(日)/20℃(夜)、低温18℃(日)/10℃(夜)条件下连续贮藏14 d,观测匍匐茎成活情况的动态变化。结果表明:高温贮藏初期,竹节草和地毯草匍匐茎再生活力(存活势和存活率)急剧下降,直至全部枯死(第14天),处理期间对存活势影响最大。相对高温和常温,低温对存活势和存活率均显著(P<0.05)。常温使匍匐茎存活势下降幅度较大,而存活率降幅偏小。相对于地毯草,在不同温度处理下,竹节草降幅都明显偏低且易贮藏。The variation of growth indices of Chrysopogon aciculatus and Axonopus compressus stolons were studied at high temperature 38℃ (day) / 30℃(night), normal temperature 28℃(day) / 20℃ (night), and low temperature 18℃ (day) / 10 (night), respectively, for 14 d. The results showed that there were the maximum effect on survival potential of C. aciculatus and A. compressus stolons under high temperature, and the sharp decline of survival potential and survival rate of these during the time of storage, and all of the stolons died after 14 days. Under the low storage temperature, survival potential and survival rates were significantly higher than other temperatures (P〈0.05). The survival rate had lower scope than the survival potential under normal temperature. Regeneration energy of C. aciculatus declined at lower scope and more easy storage than that of carpet grass under different temperature processing.
