海南生鲜蔬菜冷链物流系统构建及发展对策研究

摘　　要：针对海南蔬菜流通存在的冷链流通比例低、冷链基础设施不足、流通损耗大等问题,分析海南蔬菜冷链物流现状,借鉴国内外冷链物流运营模式,构建4种主要海南蔬菜冷链物流系统模式。依据目前海南冷链存在的关键问题及发展趋势,海南蔬菜冷链物流系统的发展以批发市场为主导的系统模式发展阶段、多种模式共同发展阶段和多模式下资源整合阶段3个阶段。通过4种主要海南冷链物流系统构建以及其适应性特征分析,为海南地区冷链物流系统的发展起指导作用,为政府在此方面的规划提出参考建议。Aiming at the problems of vegetables circulation in Hainan, which are low ratio of cold chain circulation, insufficient infrastructure of cold chain, circulation loss and so on, by analyzing the present situation of fresh vegetable cold chain logistics in Hainan and learning from domestic and international cold chain logistics operation modes, four main vegetable cold chain logistics system modes in Hainan are established. Based on the current key issues and trends of fresh vegetable cold chain in Hainan, recommendations in three stages are divided, which are developing stage of wholesale market-oriented system model, common developing stage of many modes and stage of multi-mode resource integration, which plays guiding role in the development of cold chain logistics system in Hainan and provides reference for government to make plan in this area.
