摘 要:比较研究了国际船级社协会(IACS)和ABS、DNV船级社规范对破损船体结构剩余强度的要求,并把这些要求转化为可靠性模型的限制状态方程,从而使概率意义的评估得以实现.文中还给出了散货船的计算实例,比较了IACS与规范的确定性剩余强度因子与剩余可靠性指标,得到了基于现行规范的安全要求.计算结果表明,IACS的要求比ABS、DNV严格,规范中剪力校核条件较为苛刻,在破舱进水时很难达到要求.This article compared the requirements of IACS、ABS and DNV codes, transferred the requirements to the limit state functions of reliability models and achieved the probability assessments. The example of a 70000 DWT bulk carrier was given. The determined residual strength factors and reliability indexes based on IACS and classification codes were compared and the codes' safety requirements were obtained. The results prove that the requirements of IACS are stricter than the requirements of ABS and DNV and the condition of shear requirement in codes is rigorous which could hardly be satisfied under the flood.
